UK Standard Delivery

Orders to be delivered to most UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and some Islands) using our Standard Delivery option are charged according to weight.

Delivery charges start at £3.50 and is based on weight. Maximum Standard delivery charge is £7.50. (Delivery charge brackets are £3.50, £5.00 & £7.50)

Standard delivery is by 3-5 day courier and express delivery is available upon request.

Delivery to outlying areas or especially large orders will/may incur additional charges. In such a case, you will always be notified for approval before any payment is taken. Deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose. The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 5pm and unfortunately we will be unable to arrange for exact time deliveries, morning or afternoon deliveries. If you do have any special request please email us immediately after placing your order. We will try our best to fulfil your needs.

If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made or is returned to us for whatever reason, there will be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

How Long Will It Take?

Orders with the standard delivery are processed within 1-3 working days and then dispatched by courier on a 3-6 working day delivery service. It is our personal policy and promise to our customers that we will try and send your purchase out in the fastest possible manner.

UK Express Delivery

How Much Will It Cost?

Express delivery can be arranged for a flat cost of £15 by courier of up to 20kg.

Please choose the correct option during checkout for Express delivery.

How Long Will It Take?

Once the transaction is completed, express delivery normally takes around 24 to 48 hours. This applies to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and some Islands) Outlying areas will take a little longer.
 

International Shipping

The cost of international shipping will be according to the volume and weight of your order and the destination country.

For international orders, please choose the correct option and we will email you the cost of shipping or simply email us and we will let you know how much the shipping costs will be.

How Long Will It Take?

1-5 days to process followed by delivery times.

Delivery times will vary according to the delivery network in the country of destination and any customs or import procedures.

Any approximate guide is as follows:

Europe - 4 to 6 working days

USA and Canada - 7 to 10 working days

Far East and Australasia - 12 to 14 working days

Rest of World - up to 28 working days
